Farm-to-Table Dinner Fundraiser

Experience fine dining on the 8th Street Canal by Chef Matt Bennett, from Sybaris Bistro. Enjoy Cajun Creole cuisine in the spirit of New Orleans. Wines provided by Springhill Cellars Winery. Price to attend is $100 each and proceeds go to the Albany Regional Museum.
