Timber Carnival

The World Championship Timber Carnival held in Albany began in 1941 and continued through 2000, with an attempt to revive it in 2008.  The Timber Carnival was the largest celebration in the nation that honored the logging profession.  People came from all over the world to watch and compete in the amazing tests of strength and skill.
