S.E. Young's Store

Samuel E. Young was a prominent Albany businessman from the 1870s onward. At one time, he owned three stores in Albany, and he traveled from Portland to San Francisco for his merchandise. He had a reputation for being both successful and honest. The mercantile store exhibit features a wide variety of typical dry goods.

The store originally was housed in the same building that is now home to the Albany Regional Museum.
