The Albany Regional Museum Corporation was approved and
granted non-profit status in December 1980. The by-laws
call for a 12-person board of directors. The term of
office for each director is three years. The officers
are elected annually by the board of directors and
consist of the chairman, one or more vice chairmen, a
secretary, and a treasurer. The board meets monthly on
the first Tuesday, 12:00 p.m., at the museum. Visitors
and persons interested in the museum are welcome.
